Return and Refunds Policy

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the goods are bespoke and made specifically for you. These custom-made Christmas ornaments are produced only after your order is confirmed. Prior to your purchase, no stock of these goods existed. You have the right to make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase confirmation. After this 24-hour period, once production begins, your rights to make changes or cancellations are forfeited. Except for cases where goods are faulty, all orders are final, and you have no rights to cancel or return any purchased goods.

1. Return Conditions

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are permitted only if the goods delivered meet the following criteria:

  • The goods received are damaged.
  • There are visible defects with the print or design.
  • The item is the wrong size compared to the one ordered.
  • The item is the wrong color compared to the one ordered.
  • The item has a flawed design compared to the one ordered.
  • The item is the wrong style (e.g., long-sleeved ornament instead of round ornament) compared to the one ordered.

2. Return Procedure

If your goods meet the return conditions:

  • Submit a return request within 24 days of receiving your goods.
  • After 24 days, the right to return is forfeited.

  • Returns can be exchanged for the original goods or refunded for the purchase price.
  • Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.
  • Return the package to our processing warehouse (contact us for the address).
  • Cover the shipping cost for returning the order.
  • Ensure the order is securely packaged with the order ID included.
